(December 1, 2015, 11:05 AM EST) -- NEW ORLEANS — Texas insureds argue that fact issues exist regarding their contractual and extracontractual claims in a hailstorm coverage dispute, asking the Fifth Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals to reverse a lower federal court’s ruling in favor of their insurer (Vincent Stagliano And Peggy Stagliano v. Cincinnati Insurance Co., et al., No. 15-10137, 5th Cir.).
