Mealey's (November 24, 2015, 11:02 AM EST) -- NEW YORK — An asbestos-pipe company’s “egregious” conduct in intentionally destroying 27 boxes of potential evidence and losing between 10 to 50 more during a move warrants instructing a jury that the evidence would support an asbestos plaintiff’s case, a New York justice held Nov. 9 in granting a motion for sanctions (Richard Warren v.
