Advocacy Group, Government Brief Standing In ACA Implementation Appeal

(November 23, 2015, 4:38 PM EST) -- WASHINGTON, D.C. — Parties to an advocacy group’s challenge to the government’s implementation of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (ACA) individual mandate dismissed in the district court as “woefully” lacking standing recently briefed the District of Columbia Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals on the issue (American Freedom Law Center, et al. v. Barack Obama, et al., No. 15-5164, D.C. Cir.).
