Federal Judge Throws Out Some Claims Brought Against Cruise Company

(November 23, 2015, 2:55 PM EST) -- TRENTON, N.J. — A federal judge on Nov. 12 granted in part a cruise line’s motion for summary judgment in a case in which a New Jersey woman and her husband sued the company after she allegedly slipped and fractured her foot while on a cruise ship (Tammy and Eric Lieberman v. Carnival Cruise Lines, et al., No. 13-4716, D. N.J.; 2015 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 153535).
