(November 23, 2015, 2:49 PM EST) -- PORTLAND, Ore. — The State of Oregon waived sovereign immunity in its Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (ACA) health insurance exchange contract with Oracle America Inc., a federal judge held Nov. 18 (Oracle America Inc. v. The Oregon Health Insurance Exchange Corp., dba Cover Oregon, et al., No. 14-1279, D. Ore.; 2015 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 155789).
