Mealey's (November 23, 2015, 7:58 AM EST) -- PITTSBURGH — A power company being sued by a group of residents in Pennsylvania who contend the company has contaminated their groundwater with radioactive waste, on Nov. 13 filed a brief in federal court arguing that the plaintiffs’ expert relies on “invalid” data; therefore, the case should me dismissed (Margaret S.
