(November 20, 2015, 7:17 AM EST) -- WASHINGTON, D.C. — The National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) on Nov. 4 affirmed an administrative law judge’s (ALJ) decision against a Mexican fast food chain accused of stifling union discussions and firing an employee who participated in various union activities, including multiple protests (Chipotle Services, LLC, a Wholly Owned Subsidiary of Chipotle Mexican Grill, Inc. and Mid-South Organizing Committee, No. 14-CA-128253, NLRB).
