Natural Gas Operator Dismissed In West Virginia Suit Scheduled For February Trial

Mealey's (June 16, 2015, 3:15 PM EDT) -- WHEELING, W.Va. — One natural gas extraction company was dismissed and the claims against a second operator were limited in orders entered in April 2014 in a U.S. District Court for the Northern District of West Virginia mineral lease declaratory judgment lawsuit; the presiding judge entered a scheduling order May 27, 2014, setting a February jury trial on the remaining claims (Carol G. Dwyer, et al. v. Range Resources-Appalachia, et al., No. 14-21, N.D. W.Va.).
