(November 19, 2015, 11:33 AM EST) -- TRENTON, N.J. — A New Jersey jury on Nov. 2 found a talcum powder supplier and its raw talc supplier not liable for causing a woman’s mesothelioma (David and Linda Fishbain v. Colgate-Palmolive, et al., No. MID-L-5633-13AS, N.J. Super., Middlesex Co.).

Linda and David Fishbain filed suit in the Middlesex County, N.J., Superior Court against numerous companies whose conduct allegedly exposed her to asbestos.
