Florida, Georgia Discussing Mediator, Possible Settlement Of Interstate Water Case

(November 18, 2015, 2:18 PM EST) -- PORTLAND, Maine — Counsel for the states of Florida and Georgia say they will explore appointment of a mediator to settle their interstate water dispute, according to a transcript posted Nov. 16 by the U.S. Supreme Court special master (State of Florida v. State of Georgia, No. 142, Original, U.S. Sup.).
