(November 18, 2015, 9:59 AM EST) -- HARRISBURG, Pa. — A Pennsylvania Superior Court panel on Nov. 16 affirmed a trial court judge’s decision dismissing a couple’s lawsuit against a contractor accused of defectively building a retention wall, ruling that a settlement agreement between the plaintiffs and the architect retained to design the remodeling of their home released any possible claims against the subcontractor (Adrian Jadic, et al. v.
