(November 16, 2015, 1:37 PM EST) -- TAMPA, Fla. — Failure to include an appendix detailing one method of testing for friable asbestos in an indictment is not fatal where multiple methods of testing are permitted, a federal judge in Florida held Nov. 10 (United States of America v.
