New York High Court Hears Oral Arguments In Case About Hydraulic Fracturing Ban

Mealey's (June 16, 2015, 2:57 PM EDT) -- ALBANY, N.Y. — The oral arguments at the New York Court of Appeals in a case between an oil and gas exploration company and the Town of Dryden, N.Y., regarding the company’s right to drill followed very closely with the briefing filed in the case, a source told Mealey’s Fracking Report on June 6.
