Residents: Cancer Cases Near Power Plant ‘Statistically Significant’; Case Valid
(November 16, 2015, 8:46 AM EST) -- PITTSBURGH — Residents in Pennsylvania who sued a power company for alleged groundwater contamination filed a brief in federal court on Nov. 3 arguing that the number of cancer cases in the area where that power company operates its plant is “statistically significant” (Margaret S.
