Natural Gas Pipeline Operator Appeals $78,000 Award In Pennsylvania Easement Suit

Mealey's (June 16, 2015, 2:41 PM EDT) -- PHILADELPHIA — A natural gas pipeline company ordered to pay a Pike County, Pa., property owner $78,545 in compensation Feb. 24, 2014, in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania in an eminent domain condemnation action to allow construction of a second pipeline in an existing right-of-way filed notice of appeal April 7, 2014, in the Third Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals (Tennessee Gas Pipeline Co. v. Permanent Easements, et al., No. 14-1821, 3rd Cir.).
