U.S. Supreme Court Names Special Master In Mississippi / Tennessee Case

(November 12, 2015, 1:44 PM EST) -- WASHINGTON, D.C. — The U.S. Supreme Court on Nov. 10 appointed Senior Circuit Court Judge Eugene E. Siler Jr. to serve as special master in a groundwater lawsuit between Mississippi and Tennessee (State of Mississippi v. State of Tennessee, et al., No. 143, Original, U.S. Sup.).
