Tennessee Federal Judge Certifies Class Of ATM Users Suing Over No Fee Notice

(November 12, 2015, 11:23 AM EST) -- MEMPHIS, Tenn. — A Tennessee federal judge on Nov. 3 certified a class of consumers suing Wal-Mart Inc. and another company alleging various violations for failing to post notice of fees on their automated teller machines (ATMs) (In Re: Wal-Mart ATM Fee Notice Litigation, Nos. 10-1223, 10-2620, 11-2512, 11-2530 and 11-2536, W.D. Tenn.; 2015 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 148570).
