(November 12, 2015, 11:19 AM EST) -- TALLAHASSEE, Fla. — A divided Florida appeals panel on Oct. 28 partially reinstated class claims filed by an uninsured man who alleges that a Jacksonville hospital improperly overbills patients who have no insurance (Shawn Ahearn, et al. v. Mayo Clinic, A Florida Corporation, et al., No. 1D14-4256, Fla. App., 1st Dist.; 2015 Fla. App. LEXIS 16716).
