West Virginia Federal Judge Sends 7-Eleven Pay Class Suit Back To State Court
(November 12, 2015, 11:17 AM EST) -- WHEELING, W.Va. — A convenience store failed to prove that the class in a wage dispute comprises at least 100 people, a West Virginia federal judge ruled Oct. 29, sending the case back to state court (Tammy Chamberlain, et al. v. 7-Eleven, Inc., d/b/a 7-Eleven, et al., No. 15-95, N.D. W.Va.; 2015 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 146679).
