Nautilus Asks For High Court Review Again Of Heart Rate Monitor Patent Indefiniteness
Mealey's (November 12, 2015, 12:12 PM EST) -- WASHINGTON, D.C. — Seeking review with the U.S. Supreme Court, Nautilus Inc. argues in an Oct. 30 petition that an appellate court ignored instructions handed down by the high court in a previous ruling and, instead, incorrectly found that a heart rate monitor patent from Biosig Instruments Inc. is not indefinite (Nautilus Inc. v. Biosig Instruments Inc., No. 15-561, U.S. Sup.).
