Texas Jury Renders Defense Verdict Following Patent Trial

(November 12, 2015, 8:12 AM EST) -- MARSHALL, Texas — Four thermal insulation patents were deemed invalid and not infringed on Oct. 29 by a Texas federal jury (Promethean Insulation Technology LLC v. Reflectix Inc., No. 13-1113, E.D. Texas).
