Arthrex Seeks High Court Review In $95M Loss On Surgical Method Patent
(November 12, 2015, 7:52 AM EST) -- WASHINGTON, D.C. — Asking for a review of a $95 million judgment, Arthrex Inc. argues in an Oct. 30 petition for a writ of certiorari to the U.S. Supreme Court that an appellate court incorrectly held that it was infringing on a surgical method patent, despite a now-reversed decision to the contrary (Arthrex Inc. v. Smith & Nephew Inc., Nos. 15-559, U.S. Sup.).
