(November 12, 2015, 7:51 AM EST) -- WASHINGTON, D.C. — Alps South LLC asks the U.S. Supreme Court in an Oct. 29 petition for a writ of certiorari to review an appellate court’s ruling that post-complaint events or transactions cannot cure a prudential standing defect existing when a patent case is filed and its determination that a supplemental complaint does not become the operative complaint for determining jurisdiction and standing (Alps South LLC v. The Ohio Willow Wood Co., No. 15-567, U.S. Sup.).
(Petition for writ of certiorari available. Document #78-151116-009B.)
