Judge Strikes Expert’s Report On Apple’s ITunes Source Code In Patent Infringement Suit

(November 11, 2015, 11:56 AM EST) -- MARSHALL, Texas — A Texas federal judge on Nov. 7 struck an expert’s report as it pertains to Apple Inc.’s iTunes source code in a patent infringement lawsuit (ContentGuard Holdings, Inc. v. Amazon.com, Inc., et al., No. 13-1112, E.D. Texas; 2015 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 151259).
