Train Derailment Plaintiff: Vinyl Chloride Spill Case Belongs In Federal Court
(November 10, 2015, 2:27 PM EST) -- CAMDEN, N.J. — A group of plaintiffs suing railroad companies related to a vinyl chloride spill from a train derailment in New Jersey on Nov. 9 filed a brief arguing that the case should remain in New Jersey federal court because “there is no evidence to the contrary” that would indicate that it belongs in a different venue (In re: Paulsboro Derailment Cases, No. 13-784, D. N.J.).
