Texas Man Awarded $16.3 Million For Work-Related Burn Injuries

(November 10, 2015, 10:51 AM EST) -- FORT WORTH, Texas — A Texas jury on Oct. 23 awarded an HVAC technician nearly $16.3 million for injuries he sustained while working on a commercial air conditioning unit (Clarence Johnson v. Emerson Electric Co. D/B/A Fusite, et al., No. 048-268665-13, Texas Dist., Tarrant Co.).
