Statute Of Limitations Bars Suit Against Employer, 3rd Circuit Appeals Panel Says
(November 9, 2015, 2:03 PM EST) -- PHILADELPHIA — A district court did not err in determining that a former employee’s breach of fiduciary claim against his employer is barred because it is clear that the applicable statute of limitations bars his claim, the Third Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals said Oct. 29 (Darrell Eugene Williams v. The Webb Law Firm P.C., No. 14-3747, 3rd Cir.; 2015 U.S. App. LEXIS 18823).
