Judge: No Coverage For Attorney General’s Lawsuit Over Hormone Replacement Therapy
Mealey's (November 9, 2015, 11:52 AM EST) -- NASHVILLE, Tenn. — A federal judge held Nov. 4 that there is no coverage for the Tennessee attorney general’s lawsuit against the provider of bio-identical hormone replacement therapy because the action is a “related wrongful act” to other complaints that were first made before the policy’s inception (Dan Hale, et al. v. Travelers Casualty and Surety Company of America, No. 14-1987, M.D. Tenn.; 2015 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 149687).
