Mealey's (November 9, 2015, 9:36 AM EST) -- DENVER — The counsel to the clerk of the 10th Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals, which had ordered a hydraulic fracturing company to file additional documents regarding the finality of a district court ruling against it for improperly accessing land, on Oct. 23 ordered briefing on the merits to proceed.
