Judge Dismisses Employment Practices Coverage Suit To Avoid ‘Duplicative’ Litigation

Mealey's (November 5, 2015, 2:11 PM EST) -- TRENTON, N.J. — A New Jersey federal judge on Nov. 3 dismissed insureds’ declaratory judgment lawsuit seeking employment practices coverage for an underlying lawsuit brought by a former employee (Mary Faith Nugiel, et al. v. Westchester Fire Insurance Co., No. 15-7787, D. N.J.; 2015 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 148705).
