3 States Seek Stay Of Clean Water Rule If 6th Circuit Bows Out

(November 5, 2015, 1:16 PM EST) -- CINCINNATI — Hedging their bet that a nationwide circuit court injunction against the Clean Water Rule may dissolve, three states on Nov. 3 moved for a preliminary injunction to be issued by a federal district court (The State of Ohio, et al. v. United States Army Corps of Engineers, et al., No. 15-2467, S.D. Ohio, Eastern Div.).
