3rd Circuit: Employee With Frostbite Failed To Prove He Was Disabled

(November 5, 2015, 11:33 AM EST) -- PHILADELPHIA — A truck driver who suffered from frostbite while working failed to show that he was disabled, the Third Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals ruled Oct. 28 (Robert E. Wilson v. Iron Tiger Logistics, Inc., No. 14-4470, 3rd Cir.; 2015 U.S. App. LEXIS 18762).
