Supreme Court Special Master Reluctantly Extends Discovery In Georgia/Florida Case

(November 4, 2015, 11:33 AM EST) -- PORTLAND, Maine — The U.S. Supreme Court special master overseeing the groundwater lawsuit between Florida and Georgia on Nov. 2 reluctantly extended discovery by almost 45 days but chastised them for their “dilatory conduct” (State of Florida v. State of Georgia, No. 142, Original, U.S. Sup.).
