2nd Circuit Upholds $205,000 Judgment For Terminated Hotel Workers
(November 4, 2015, 7:44 AM EST) -- NEW YORK — The Second Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals on Oct. 8 upheld a $205,000 judgment for four hotel workers whose employment was terminated before the end of their three-year contracts after one of the hotels where they worked was foreclosed on (Victor Ebert, et al. v. Holiday Inn, Fishkill, New York, et al., No. 14-4435, 2nd Cir.; 2015 U.S. App. LEXIS 17733).
