United States Seeks Stays Of Clean Water Rule Cases; Plaintiffs’ Reactions Vary

(November 3, 2015, 3:45 PM EST) -- MINNEAPOLIS — The U.S. District Court for the District of Minnesota on Oct. 26 dispensed with a hearing on the federal government’s motion to stay a Clean Water Rule lawsuit, noting that the Sixth Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals will hear arguments on Nov. 4 on whether it has jurisdiction over the rule by virtue of the Clean Water Act (Washington Cattlemen’s Association, et al. v.
