3 Environmental Groups Say Nestle Is Taking Water With Expired Permit

(November 3, 2015, 10:04 AM EST) -- RIVERSIDE, Calif. — Three environmental organizations on Oct. 13 asked a California federal court to find that the U.S. Forest Service is allowing Nestle Waters North America Inc. to divert water with an expired permit and enjoin modifications to diversion facilities without a valid permit (Center for Biological Diversity, et al. v. United States Forest Service, et al., No. 15-2098, C.D. Calif., Eastern Div.).
