(November 2, 2015, 12:16 PM EST) -- FRANKFORT, Ky. — An investigating officer should not have testified that a local task force on child sexual abuse, comprising local officials and prominent citizens, recommended a man’s indictment on a sodomy charge, the Kentucky Supreme Court ruled Oct. 29 (William R. King v. Commonwealth of Kentucky, No. 2013-SC-000556-MR, Ky. Sup.; 2015 Ky. LEXIS 1940).
