Judge Remands Agent Orange Case, Calls For Medical Exam; Evidence ‘Insufficient’

(November 2, 2015, 10:44 AM EST) -- WASHINGTON, D.C. — A federal judge in the U.S. Court of Appeals for Veterans Affairs on Oct. 30 remanded to the Board of Veterans Appeals a veteran’s claim for benefits due to exposure to Agent Orange, concluding that an examination should have been performed based on the lack of sufficient evidence concerning the injuries the veteran alleged (Billy L. Boles v Robert A. McDonald, No. 14-3195, Vet. Clms.; 2015 U.S. App. Vet. Claims LEXIS 1463).
