Judge Remands Agent Orange Exposure Case To Consider Probative Evidence
(October 30, 2015, 2:25 PM EDT) -- WASHINGTON, D.C. — A federal judge in the U.S. Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims on Oct. 29 remanded a decision by the Board of Veterans Appeals and ordered it to consider probative evidence concerning the possible connection between a veteran’s exposure to Agent Orange and his development of cancer (Van J. Barnes III v. Robert A. McDonald, No. 14-3140, Vet. Clms.; 2015 U.S. App. Vet Claims LEXIS 1451).
