(October 30, 2015, 1:13 PM EDT) -- SAULT STE. MARIE, Mich. — The Sault Ste. Marie Chippewa Tribal Court of Appeals on Oct. 16 affirmed a trial court’s ruling that the Sault Tribe Housing Authority had the right to evict a woman from her home because she violated her lease and the Tribal Code by housing a dangerous dog (Sault Tribe Housing Authority v. Amanda Isrow, No. APP-15-01, Sault Ste. Marie Chippewa App.).
