Federal Judge Remands Third-Party Breach Of Contract Suit
Mealey's (October 30, 2015, 9:20 AM EDT) -- AUGUSTA, Ga. — A federal judge in Georgia on Oct. 14 remanded a third-party breach of contract suit related to a personal injury action after determining that the third-party defendant did not prove fraudulent joinder and finding that the third-party plaintiff can make a case for breach of contract in state court (Anthony Parse, et al. v. Brunswick Cellulose, No. CV 215-4, S.D. Ga.).
