SpeedTrack Asks High Court To Review Patent Suits Against Retailers
(October 29, 2015, 11:29 AM EDT) -- WASHINGTON, D.C. — The Federal Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals erred in applying a 108-year-old precedent to bar allegations that a computer filing system patent was infringed by Office Depot Inc. and other retailers, SpeedTrack Inc. argues to the U.S. Supreme Court in an Oct. 8 petition for certiorari (SpeedTrack, Inc. v. Office Depot, Inc., et al., No. 15-461, U.S. Sup.).
