$525,000 Settlement In Subway’s ‘Footlong’ Sandwich Dispute Granted Preliminary OK

(October 29, 2015, 10:04 AM EDT) -- MILWAUKEE — A Wisconsin federal judge on Oct. 2 granted preliminary approval of a $525,000 settlement and certified the settlement class in a multidistrict litigation concerning the actual length of a sandwich chain’s sandwiches, advertised as “Footlong” subs (In Re: Subway Footlong Sandwich Marketing and Sales Practices Litigation, No. 13-2439, E.D. Wis.).
