Costco Tells Supreme Court No Error In Watch Copyright Infringement Suit

(October 29, 2015, 9:57 AM EDT) -- WASHINGTON, D.C. — Costco Wholesale Corp. argues in an Oct. 6 brief to the U.S. Supreme Court that an appeals panel properly cleared it of any wrongdoing over copyright infringement allegations for importing unauthorized watches and selling them in the United States (Omega SA v. Costco Wholesale Corp., No. 15-232, U.S. Sup.).
