California Prempro Class Certification Stands; Judge Accepts New Definition

Mealey's (October 27, 2015, 12:59 PM EDT) -- SAN DIEGO — A California federal judge on Oct. 7 denied a motion by Pfizer Inc. to decertify a statewide Premarin/Prempro/Premphase refund class and accepted the plaintiff’s motion to redefine the class (April Krueger v. Wyeth, Inc., et al., No. 03-2496, S.D. Calif.; 2015 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 137548).
