Most Claims Involving Bard’s Ventralex Patch Dismissed Without Prejudice

(October 27, 2015, 7:21 AM EDT) -- LOS ANGELES — A California federal judge on Oct. 2 dismissed without prejudice most of a plaintiff’s claims involving a Ventralex surgical mesh patch made by C.R. Bard Inc. (Carl Hammarlund v. C.R. Bard, Inc., et al., No. 15-5506, C.D. Calif.; 2015 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 134962).
