Connecticut Top Court Adopts Parental Consortium Claims For Minor Children

(October 26, 2015, 7:16 PM EDT) -- BRIDGEPORT, Conn. — A divided Connecticut Supreme Court adopted a cause of action for parental consortium on Oct. 6, allowing claims similar to those recently raised and dismissed in an asbestos action filed in the state (Gregoria Campos, et al. v. Robert E. Coleman, et al., No. S.19195, Conn. Sup.).
