Mealey's (October 26, 2015, 2:17 PM EDT) -- PHILADELPHIA — “Cumulative exposure” testimony differs from “any exposure” testimony, and two experts may testify about asbestos’ role in renal cancer but not specific causation, the federal judge overseeing the asbestos multidistrict litigation held Oct. 23 (Leroy J.
