Mealey's (October 26, 2015, 2:13 PM EDT) -- BALTIMORE — A Fourth Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals panel on Oct. 21 stayed two Maryland cases while it mulls a second appeal involving alleged improprieties in remand proceedings involving allegations of asbestos-tainted talc (Joyce Barlow v. Colgate Palmolive Co. and John Crane-Houdaille Inc., et al., Clara Mosko v. Colgate Palmolive Co. and John Crane-Houdaille Inc., et al., Nos. 15-2248, 15-2252, 4th Cir.).
