U.S. Supreme Court To Consider Water Takings Case At Nov. 6 Conference

(October 26, 2015, 1:51 PM EDT) -- WASHINGTON, D.C. — After requesting a reply by the U.S. solicitor general, the U.S. Supreme Court on Oct. 21 scheduled a federal water rights taking case for the court’s Nov. 6 conference (Ministerio Roca Solida, Inc. v. United States of America, No. 14-1413, U.S. Sup.).
